Browned butter pecan tassies

there are 3 types of dough here - dough from recipe - the bottom 2 on left; phyllo cups and the bottom and the one on top left; pillsbury pie crust 



I melted white chocolate and drizzled on these
The dough is fine but was missing something so that is why I put the white chocolate on - once I made these in the phyllo cups and the pillsbury pie dough - the white chocolate just took them over the top




this is why you strain the brown butter
If you are making these for a party and short on time - go buy the phyllo cups for a dollar something for 15- so much easier and faster and capital D for DELICIOUS - notice how I filled the extras with brie and cranberry sauce   I noticed Kroger has 18 for about same price. I will share photo of the ones I got from Meijers

Jim ate them all so I had to whip up another batch just now - this is before white chocolate is added - notice I filled the extra with brie cheese and cranberry relish - using the phyllo made this process quick - These are Delicious!
Oh, and I added bourbon to this batch.
